Billing
Your subscription will be charged automatically on your chosen renewal date using the payment method provided at checkout. We will send you an email reminder before each renewal.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Simply log in to your Account page to manage your subscription, or contact us and we will cancel it on your behalf. If you cancel after a renewal has been processed, the cancellation will take effect from the following billing cycle.
Pausing
You can pause your subscription at any time from your Account page. Your subscription will automatically resume at the end of the selected pause period, or you can reactivate it manually at any time.
Skipping an Order
If you do not require a delivery during a particular cycle, you can skip your next scheduled order from your Account page before the renewal date.
Managing Your Subscription
You can change your delivery frequency or order quantity at any time by logging in to your Account page or by contacting us. Changes will apply to future renewal orders.
Pricing
Each renewal order will be charged at the current product price at the time the order is processed. We reserve the right to update our prices from time to time. If a price changes, you will be notified before your next renewal, giving you the opportunity to review or cancel your subscription before your payment is taken.
Payment Failure
If we are unable to process your payment, we will automatically retry the payment over the following few days. If payment is still unsuccessful after our retry attempts, your subscription will be paused and you will be notified by email. You can update your payment method and reactivate your subscription at any time from your Account page or by contacting us.
Out of Stock
On rare occasions, a subscribed product may be temporarily unavailable. If this happens, we will automatically check stock availability for up to 7 days. If stock becomes available during this period, your renewal order will be processed automatically. If we are still unable to fulfil your order after 7 days, your subscription will be paused and you will be notified by email. Once the product is back in stock, you can reactivate your subscription at any time from your Account page or by contacting us.
Delivery
Recurring subscription orders will be dispatched using the same delivery method selected when your subscription was created. For example, if your original order qualified for Free Delivery, future subscription orders will also be sent using our standard economy service. If you selected Next Day Delivery, future subscription orders will continue to be dispatched using the same service. Delivery times may vary depending on the selected delivery method.
