How do I place an order?
We are an online business and all orders are placed via our website. When you order online you get direct access to our dynamic range of products, competitive prices and expedient delivery service.
How do I know if my order has been received?
You should receive an order confirmation via email when we have processed your order, and a second email when it is dispatched. Also, you can track your order progress online from the "view orders" page. Click here to go there now
Can I place an order from overseas?
Yes. Customers from abroad can both register and place an order, as long as the order is for delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland (excluding BFPO addresses).
Do you deliver overseas?
Unfortunately not. We deliver to mainland UK (excluding BFPO addresses). Please click here to see our delivery page for more details .
How much do I need to order?
There is no minimum order value.
Can I get better prices for larger quantities?
Packaging is a quantity sensitive product. Most of the products for sale on this site have bulk discounts set up, and these will always be displayed where relevant. Whenever you order multiple items or packs online, you will automatically be charged the lowest applicable price.
Can I buy custom made packaging?
We are not currently offering a service to make custom made packaging
Can I open an account?
Yes - we ask all customers to create an account, to help track their order history and store their address details. Registering also makes placing future orders a far simpler process. When visiting us again just enter your email address and password and the rest of your details will drop in automatically. You will also be able to view any current or previous orders, making it simple to reorder your favourite packaging products and download VAT invoices.
Do I need to register?
We ask all our new customers to register as part of placing their order.
Is crystalmailing.co.uk secure?
Buying on-line is proving to be more secure than shopping in traditional stores or over the telephone. We have taken steps to ensure that crystalmailing.co.uk is secure for you. All payment transactions are carried out over an SSL 128-bit encrypted secure connection. We do this using the latest industry standard technology. The padlock symbol (on the left of the URL) confirms this level of encryption. If you click on this, you will see our secure certificate, meaning that your data is visible only to us.
How are my delivery details stored?
Does Crystal Mailing keep records of card details?
No. All credit card details are automatically and securely transmitted directly to Shopify Payments. Crystal Mailing does not hold any credit card or other payment details of our customers.
Can I return items?
If you order the wrong product or change your mind, return it to us within 30 days. You only have to send the products back to us, at your own cost, unused and undamaged in the original packaging. The dimensions of my products are not exactly the same as the description?
Due to the nature of how packaging products are manufactured, a slight discrepancy of the actual size to the advertised size / weight may occur due to the automation process which takes place creating the products. However, rest assured that we will raise this with our supplier if there is a major discrepancy". Please note that the sizes advertised are of the external dimension unless mentioned otherwise.
