1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Shipments outside of the United Kingdom are not available at this time.
3. Delivery Time & Instructions
Our working/business days are Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 17:30. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Standard & Next Day) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.
- We do not ship on weekends or UK bank holidays.
- Order processing time: 1–2 working days (unless Next Day shipping is selected).
- Next Day orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
If you are unavailable between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, we recommend delivery to a work or neighbour’s address. If delivery fails, the courier may leave a collection card.
Note: Crystal Mailing does not recommend leaving parcels outside. If chosen, Crystal Mailing is not responsible for loss or damage.
4. Shipping Costs
Delivery times are calculated from dispatch date.

(Surcharges may apply to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland.) -
Next Working Day Tracked Delivery – £5.99 + VAT
Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM.
Not available for some remote locations.
Please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us regarding undelivered orders.
5. Damaged Items in Transport
If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@crystalmailing.co.uk.
