1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in United Kingdom. [We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in United Kingdom only.] Any shipments outside of United Kingdom are not available at this time.
3. Delivery Time / Instructions
Our working/business days are classed as Monday to Friday 09:30 to 17:30. Orders placed by 2:00pm (Standard and next day) will be dispatched on the same day. Any order after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day (all U.K. bank holidays will not be classed as a working/business day). Please note that if your order isn't placed before 2:00pm then there is no guarantee of same day dispatch. Please note we do not ship on weekends.
For all orders please allow 1-2 working days for order processing unless you pay for Next Day shipping. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
If you are not at home between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, we recommend arranging delivery to your work address or a neighbour’s address. If we do deliver to you at home and no one is in, our couriers may leave a card telling you about how to collect your delivery. Any unclaimed or undelivered orders will eventually make their way back to the depot or our warehouse.
Crystal Mailing does not recommend customers to leave instructions to our couriers for your goods to be left outside your delivery address. Should the customer wish to proceed with this option, Crystal Mailing will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
4. Shipping Costs
Delivery times below are based on when the order is dispatched and not when the order is placed:
(2-3 Working Day Service) - FREE. This is tracked service for all orders larger than large letter sizes. (Additional shipping charges (Surcharges) may apply to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland.)
Next Working Day Tracked Delivery - Orders Must Be Placed Before 2.00pm - £5.99 + VAT for orders of any size (We may not be able to deliver using the next day service for Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland.)
We would advise to wait up to 5 days before contacting us regarding undelivered orders.
5. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
