If you have receive damaged or defective products, we apologize in advance and ask you to please call us on 0161 707 0117 and ask for customer services.

Standard no-fault returns

  1. Goods can only be returned up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery.
  2. Products are returned at your own cost, unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
  3. The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received on Crystal Mailing premises.
  4. For returns to be processed and refunded, you need to complete the online returns form and clearly attach the resulting form to the outside of the goods.
  5. Goods must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer any refunds on partial packs.
  6. For no-fault goods returned by the customer, Crystal Mailing will refund the price paid minus a re-stocking administration fee of 15% of the value of the order.
  7. Refunds don’t include delivery charges.
  8. Crystal Mailing will endeavour to process all returns within 3 days of receipt of the return.
